Groover

Now that we have the edges sanded nice and smooth we can use the adjustable groover and make a groove about an 1/8" in from the edge all the way around the holster and on both sides.
Then use the pattern we made for the pocket and cut the groove for that too, but only cut the groove on the front side. We will get to the backside in a sec.
